You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any User Content you provide. We are not liable for unauthorized use of materials submitted by clients.
Order Cancellation by Stoney Point Press
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to:
Product or service availability
Errors in pricing or descriptions
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Service Cancellation & Refunds
Custom Products: Because of their personalized nature, custom memory books are non-refundable once design work has begun, unless defective or damaged on delivery.
Non-Custom & Digital Products: Refunds are available if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Digital products are considered delivered once files or links are provided and are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method provided.
Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies
We make every effort to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee all information is error-free. We reserve the right to update, correct, or change information without prior notice.
Pricing
Prices may change before an order is accepted. If external factors (e.g., shipping costs, government duties, currency fluctuations) force adjustments after an order is placed, you may cancel your order.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store complete payment details. Cards are subject to authorization by your issuer. Orders will not be fulfilled without authorization.
Promotions
